Enjoyed the modular meeting facilities and terrace. The outdoor swimming pool and play areas for children were great. The Provençal garden with fountains added a nice touch. The restaurant offered tasty French cuisine. Free parking and WiFi were a bonus.
Such a shame that the historical center was only a short drive away. Would have loved to walk there.

The hotel had an outdoor pool where I can swim and get a tan, and there were play areas for children so they won't bother me. The free WiFi was great for posting selfies.
The food in the onsite restaurant was so healthy and delicious that it ruined my diet. Ugh!

We stayed there for a night, the room was clean and the bed of goog quality. The pool and the terrasse were nice as well.
The elevator was too small and old. The breakfast was too expensive altought the qulity was good. With open windows, you could hear the motorway.

A good standard, WiFi connection is free and good, pool was reasonably big, the parking was spacious.
Location isn't very nice and if you don't have a car it is hard to get to the pedestrian area.

Expensive food and useless air-con. Such a treat!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel in Aix-en-Provence and I must say, it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that my check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, allowing me to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring the beautiful surrounding area. The hotel's location, though not in the city center, was perfect for me as it offered a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the busy streets.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Aix-en-Provence. The hotel's location away from the city center may not suit everyone's preferences, but for those seeking a peaceful retreat with easy access to nearby attractions, this hotel is the perfect choice.

The hotel is located in an industrial area, making it inconvenient to explore the city or get to Marseilles airport without a car. However, there are small roads that lead to Luberon mountains and nearby towns like Roussillon. The staff was helpful in offering suggestions for getting around and recommended eating in at the restaurant instead of driving. Breakfast was included and quite good, with a lovely terrace area. The rooms were spacious and clean, with free wifi and an Xbox for kids to enjoy.
The decor and furniture in the rooms were quite outdated.

great pool, nice eating areas outside for breakfast and dinner
Publicizes that it has walking/jogging trails. Yes there is one across a small river with no access to get to it on foot or any information given from the hotel staff. In fact they had trouble locating the key for so called trail (should of been our first hint) trail ended up being weeds, loose rocks, sticker bushes at calf and thigh height. Air conditioning was terrible in the room, very very hot, it seemed as if they had it controlled for room temperature.

The Hotel was neat and clean, well equipped and very near to the City by car.
The toilet room smelled a little bit bad.

As someone who needs a calm environment for work, this hotel was perfect. The facilities were well-maintained and the room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful both in check-in and at the restaurant, and the breakfast was quite good. The parking area was ample and there are buses close by to get around the city. The location just outside of the city helped me avoid any noise and the traffic of the city center.
Everything was fantastic.

the hotel is not new , but still quite modern. the staff was kind and helpful. the room size was fine and services such as coffee, TV and internet were available
the room was extremely dirty! I could not believe it. This destroys the value of the hotel and leads me to say I will not go anymore to a Novotel 3 stars. The hotel location was also very bad. To get there one must take a side road very old and full of holes.
